Thank you for choosing Shine Salons! To ensure that you have an outstanding experience with us we would like to go over our salon policies.



We understand that situations arise from time to time that will delay the time of your arrival. We do have a 15-minute grace period. After those 15 minutes you may be asked to reschedule for another day or time. At the stylist's discretion a portion of the scheduled service(s) may be accommodated depending on the time of arrival and the stylist's schedule.



We understand that sometimes schedules change and we request at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments changed or rescheduled with less than a 24-hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service(s) initially booked. A "no-show" appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the service(s) initially booked.



We want you to truly love the hair you wear after receiving a service with us. If you are not 100% satisfied, we ask that you contact us within a week of your appointment so that we may schedule to have your hair corrected. Any issues that arise after longer than a week from your initial appointment will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.



We love children but unfortunately cannot accommodate them unless they are receiving a service. Children must not be left unattended anywhere in the salon.



Our friendly, professional staff will pamper you and provide you with our luxury services that include advanced technical skills in hair color, cutting and styling. We’re dedicated to providing you with the utmost attention, courtesy, and the highest level of service. We hope to see you soon!
