From the front desk to all of the stylist I’ve tried there has been a consistent level of friendliness and professionalism. They always ok what products are being used and what style you want and make sure your’re happy with the final look.

Great place and great service! The place is cute and cozy. I found them online and thought I should try it based on the reviews. I loved that the attention was only to me as opposed to other places I have gone to.  The stylist would do one thing on my hair and then go attend someone else. I got married a few weeks back, and Shine in the Heights did my bridal party's hair and make-up. They were so easy to work with, flexible, and professional. They did a great job on all the ladies hair and make-up for the big day. They worked hard to provide our large group with a relaxing environment. They let us take over their whole back room and even provided us with snacks and drinks! I must say, it was a nice break out of a very hectic day! I highly recommend them to any bride out there.

I rarely write reviews, but they deserve it! I LOVE this salon. I typically go for a full foil for blonde, but they also helped me out recently with treatments for a hormonally related hair disaster- I almost cried I was so happy they fixed it. They listen to exactly what I want the hair to look like, instead of taking the liberty of what they personally would like. I show the shade/style I like and she makes it happen. The salon is clean and modern, and everyone I've dealt with is extremely nice.
